Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At Galaxy Ambulance, our commitment to providing exceptional service extends to every
aspect of your experience with us. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we
appreciate your cooperation in keeping us informed.
When you book a trip with Galaxy Ambulance, we reserve a suitable vehicle along with a
qualified driver based on the level of service you have requested and the duration of your
needs. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our customers effectively, we have
established the following No Show & Late Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Prior to Pick up: You will receive a full refund (100%)
if you decide to cancel your trip with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Pickup: If you cancel your trip within this
timeframe, a charge of 50% of the total trip cost will be applied.
Cancellations Made at Pickup Time: Unfortunately, trips canceled at the time of pickup are
not eligible for any refund.
We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as you become aware of any changes to your plans.
Adhering to this policy allows us to allocate resources effectively and maintain the high
standard of service that our customers expect from Galaxy Ambulance.
